INTRO

this blog page is intended to be an instructional guide to all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Whether you're just starting out and are unclear as to what you should be doing, or even if you're more experienced and just need to kick it up another level, hopefully you will find some helpful information on this page.

I'm a 20 year old gym addict who loves fitness. Im creating this page for the many people who've contacted me asking me for tips. I thought instead of re-explaining my advice to every single person who asks, it'd be more practical to just post the information on a blog page and make it accessible to anyone interested.

Let me start by saying I am not a professional bodybuilder, I am not a certified nutritionist or fitness expert. My credentials for this page is my own personal success, as well as the success of those who I've helped train.

I will be posting daily information on this blog about various topics relating to fitness. Topics ranging from workout advice to nutrition and supplements. I will also be releasing videos in the near future to take you through some effective workout routines as well as some tasty and healthy recipes to improve your diet.
